Refund

Products can be refunded only if the product does not match the description or is damaged. Only "additional damages" count. "Additional damage" is damage that occurred during shipping. Note: Crystals are typically full of small "damages"; flawless crystals do not exist. For "additional damage" please send with photo evidence to the following email: swiss-mineral-addict@outlook.com. I ask for fairness in this regard. Self-inflicted damage will not be refunded.

 

Warranty

No guarantee can be given on crystals and mineral specimens. Crystals and mineral specimens will not break if handled properly.

 

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If delivery is not possible for any reason, the seller may refuse the purchase of the product with a refund of the purchase price. If a shipment is lost, the purchase amount will be refunded. Replacement is not possible, as crystals and minerals are unique.
